Welcome
It is my honor and a privilege to serve as the State Representative from the 64th District, which is comprised of all of Clay County and parts of townships in both Geary and Dickinson Counties. I have been in the 64th District since 1981 and am a life-long Kansan growing-up in Larned.
Choosing to live in a small town, I continue to support those issues affecting our communities, particularly those in the western two-thirds of Kansas. I am very aware of the importance of "shopping locally" and how that impacts our Main Streets.
Supporting a strong public school system in Kansas is important to me. Kansas' kids deserve the best education possible and I think we have done that very well. Every effort needs to be made to continue building on the successes of the past and make our children the future leaders of our Kansas and our Nation.
